At Barranca, we believe it's the little details that make a stay feel special. From fresh sourdough and eggs waiting on arrival to fluffy robes, slippers and beautiful furnishings you can sink into, every touch is considered to make our guests feel at home.
Set amongst rolling hills and native bushland, our luxury farm stay in Kangaroo Valley combines thoughtful design with the natural beauty of its surroundings
It's this appreciation for thoughtful design and everyday comforts that led us to partner with Australian rug brand Elan & Earth, whose beautiful handcrafted rugs now have a home in our Kangaroo Valley villas.
Surrounded by rolling farmland and native bushland, our Kangaroo Valley luxury villas have been designed to complement the natural beauty of Kangaroo Valley.
Elan & Earth shares our appreciation for natural materials, timeless design and quality craftsmanship. Their collection of handcrafted rugs brings together beautiful textures, considered colours and natural fibres to create pieces that feel both luxurious and inviting.
We were particularly drawn to their New Zealand wool collection, celebrated for its softness, warmth and durability.
Pieces such as the Blush Rug in Coffee and the much-loved Pure Rug in Candy bring an added layer of warmth and character to our villas, complementing the earthy tones and relaxed country interiors.

For us, creating luxury accommodation in Kangaroo Valley isn't simply about how a space looks, but how it makes our guests feel.
A beautiful rug underfoot, a cosy corner to curl up with a book or a comfortable space to gather with loved ones. These are the little things that encourage guests to settle in, slow down and feel at home.
It's why Elan & Earth felt like such a natural partner for Barranca. Their pieces bring together the craftsmanship, comfort and understated beauty we value in our own spaces.
We're delighted to share this collaboration with our guests and introduce another wonderful Australian brand to the Barranca experience.
